If your pop-up blocker is turned on while trying to make a payment, you may see a yellow bar across the top of the form.  The yellow information bar at the top of the screen indicates a pop-up was blocked.  The easiest way to disable a pop-up blocker is to right click on the yellow bar and choose to always allow pop-up blockers from this website.

There is 2.80% convenience fee charged for using your credit card ($1.00 minimum) and a $0.50 convenience fee for checks.



The fee is not charged or collected by City Water, Light and Power. CWLP does not receive any portion of the convenience fee. The convenience fee is charged by the payment processing company (CollectorSolution).  Please see the Auto Pay link to the left for an additional option for future payments.

Payments received after 4:00 p.m. will not be processed until the next business day.

Payments received on-line after the disconnect due date may not prevent disconnection of service and a $35.00 reconnect charge may apply.
